Celestial Dragon draws from the structure and scale of solar activity, where flares, arcs, and magnetic forces shape the space surrounding the Sun.
The pendant’s balanced, orbital elements reflect cosmic order. In Chinese mythology, the celestial dragon governed the sky itself—an enduring force that moved the heavens.

Get to Know the Artist:
Laurie Davis is an Austin-area metalsmith creating one-of-a-kind art jewelry inspired by celestial phenomena, ancient and modern cosmology, and the structured interplay of metal, texture, and gemstones. She discovered her love of astronomy at an early age, gazing in wonder at the constellations from her backyard. Years later, holding a jeweler’s torch for the first time, she found a new way to translate that sense of wonder into metal. Her work brings together science, myth, and material to create dramatic, evocative jewelry that inspires awe and connects the wearer to the fundamental forces of the universe.
