Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel is part of Charlotte Schembri's Sips & Savors Series. She creates small, intricately detailed mixed-media drawings using watercolor and charcoal to celebrate the flavors that have shaped her experiences. Inspired by her favorite cocktails and memorable dishes discovered while traveling and close to home in Austin, the series captures the sensory joy of food and drink. Through each piece, she shares her passion for gathering, tasting and savoring life's moments - inviting others to pull up a seat and enjoy the experience alongside her.
