These are comic book pages from an imagined solar system, generated with custom JavaScript code and drawn in marker by a pen plotter. Each panel is a moment in the same world, and each plot is an original one of one.
Get to Know the Artist:
Frank Force is an Austin based generative artist and game developer. He is known for making art and games from small amounts of custom code, and for open source tools like the LittleJS game engine and ZzFX sound system. His work has shown at Austin City Hall through the People's Gallery, and won Best Illusion of the Year in 2019. His recent work uses pen plotters to draw generative space themed comic books in physical ink, bringing code to life in the real world.
