Get to Know the Artist:
Oddmean is the moniker created by South Texas artist Armin Alaniz. Armin is a Mexican American and a generational Texan. His art style was created by his love of skateboarding, tattoo, punk, horror and the Latino Street culture background. Armin grew up reading Thrasher magazine, admiring lowrider artwork, and studying punk rock albums all while living within the backdrop of Corpus Christi and Austin's street art. His work uses graphic style designs with bold black lines, and vibrant colors that skew towards symmetry.
