With my horn section The Texas Horns, we have worked with Jimmie Vaughan, Marcia Ball, Ruthie Foster, Bonnie Rait, just to name a few. Many folks in Austin know me from my music, but would also be excited to see more of my pottery work. My mother was a potter for most of her life and over the past few years I’ve grown to embrace it. Many of my works come to me in dreams. Now I mostly throw pots on the potters wheel, with a wheel and two kilns in my house. I especially love Raku firing in my back yard because of the marvelous, unpredictable nature of the results.
